Welcome to Olaya. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Olaya website and services, including the purchase of clothing and related products. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Olaya operates as an online clothing business serving customers within Sri Lanka only.

Olaya is not currently a registered business entity. By using this website, you acknowledge and accept this status.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
There is no age restriction for using this website or purchasing products.
All users must create an account to place orders. Guest checkout is not available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. Some products may be released as limited drops, preorders, or made to order items. Estimated availability or dispatch dates are indicative and not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only once payment is successfully verified and an order confirmation is issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational constraints. If payment has already been made, it will be handled according to the Refunds Policy.
Electronic records and contracts formed through the website are legally valid under Sri Lankan law.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
Payments are processed via PayHere, our third party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to PayHere’s terms and conditions.
Olaya does not store full payment card details. Payment verification is completed using PayHere transaction confirmations and server notifications.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within Sri Lanka only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.
8. Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges are governed by our separate Exchange Policy. Olaya operates a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except where required by law. Statutory consumer rights under Sri Lankan law are not affected.
9. Marketing and Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional and marketing emails from Olaya. This may include promotional content, announcements, and product updates.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option provided. Transactional emails relating to orders and account activity will still be sent.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act. Details regarding data collection, processing, storage, and sharing are outlined in our separate Privacy Policy.
Your data may be shared with trusted service providers strictly for operational purposes, including:
- PayHere for payment processing
- Netlify for frontend hosting
- Wispbyte for backend infrastructure
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, designs, logos, and product photography is owned by or licensed to Olaya. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka, conducted in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan arbitration laws.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or your account at any time for breach of these Terms or operational reasons. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
